Therapy and Counseling

Your provider will meet with you during the first intake appointment and listen to your presenting concerns. They may ask questions about your history, as relevant, in addition to other information about your life so that they are better able to understanding your difficulties. Don’t worry, you won’t have to lay on a couch; it will be a face-to-face conversation. Treatment duration varies based on the presenting concern and a variety of other factors. Your provider will work with you to establish an agreed upon treatment plan that may include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions based on your needs and logistical considerations.
